Traci Pate - President
Traci has been with Optical Short Course International (OSCI) since its inception in early 2003. Through all of her roles, Traci has helped transform and grow OSCI to what it has become today. As President, Traci is responsible for OSCI's consulting and educational business sectors. She is a graduate of Cal State Fullerton.

Ashley Backhus - VP of Operations and Marketing
Ashley joined Optical Short Course International (OSCI) in 2004 as a Marketing Manager. Over the years, Ashley has spearheaded efforts including transforming OSCI into an online business in addition to the brick and mortar that existed and for taking OSCI to international trade shows. As of 2010, Ashley is now responsible for OSCI's overall strategic operations and marketing. Ashley is a graduate of the University of Kansas, where she specialized in Journalism and Strategic Communications.
